Sorry ADHD

Recent guidelines on refilling medications for ADHD, set forth by the government (HEDIS) and the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA), now mandate the following:

1) A child with ADHD must be seen 3 times in 10 months.

2) Any change in dosage or type of medication requires a follow up visit within 3 weeks of starting the medication.

This may initially cause some inconvenience for families while we work out our kinks, please be patient with us.  It is important to make sure that you adhere to the appointment schedule we give you for follow up.  Medication can only be refilled up to the date of your next appointment.

Lastly, please remember to bring your most recent report card to your visits. Thank you!

Sincerely,
