Featured Holy Week Opportunity: Evening Prayer and Lenten Readings by J. Barrie Shepherd

PHPC is excited to welcome preacher, poet, and author, J. Barrie Shepherd on Monday and Tuesday evenings of Holy Week, April 2 and 3.
Dr. Shepherd is a native of Great Britain, and he was minister of the historic First Presbyterian Church in New York City. Shepherd has preached and lectured at Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Cornell, Dartmouth, Duke, and other universities, colleges, and seminaries, as well as in distinguished pulpits across the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, and Africa. His notable books include Faces at the Cross: A Lent and Easter Collection of Poetry and Prose and Whatever Happened to Delight?: Preaching the Gospel in Poetry and Parables.
