| "Buying and Selling Assisted Living" is the title of an educational seminar sponsored by Senior Care Realty and the Arizona chapter of the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA). Seminar topics include valuation for assisted living facilities, how to confidentially attract the largest number and most appropriate buyers, advantages of a real estate exchange, how to finance an acquisition, leasing assisted living facilities, ways to grow your company through acquisitions and development and much more. The seminar will be led by Mike Collins, Senior Care Realty president and founder, Daren Dudgeon, Senior Care Realty's VP of Sales, and Kerri Ciesielski, Senior Care Realty's affiliate in Arizona.
