Accelerating Senior Care Developments - Focus of New SCR VP
SCR is pleased to announce that Matt Collins has joined our team as Vice President of Development and Construction Services. Matt has more than 20 years experience in real estate development nationwide. For SCR clients, he leverages his experiences - from architectural and engineering, to financing and real estate acquisition - to accelerate development of senior care facilities. Matt brings a great deal of breadth and depth to SCR. Some senior care operators may elect to work with a contractor, then a lender, then a specific architect because such services are not often available under one roof. That's what makes SCR unique. We provide all of these services. Whether you need assistance in financing, real estate acquisition, or city and state approval, we can help. Such comprehensive services allow you to focus on what is important - your business, while we provide turnkey development. For more information on our development and construction services contact Matt Collins: matt@seniorcarerealty.com.

Seller Direct - A New Service at SCR
Seller direct listings are a new service at Senior Care Realty. Sometimes, our full service brokerage isn't right for every seller, especially smaller facilities. If you opt for a seller direct listing, you can rely on us to confidentially market your property and screen potential buyers. You get involved and work directly with buyers to show the property, negotiate an agreement, and close the deal. We are available to consult with you throughout the transaction, but we take a less active role in such a listing. A seller direct listing can also help reduce your commission expense, simply by paying a marketing fee up front and taking a more active role in the sale. Call us to learn more.

Put Our Quiet Connections to Work
It is not unusual for us to work with sellers, buyers and investors without much fanfare. Some deals are so highly confidential that they are not marketed in the usual fashion. Instead, we're involved in making quiet connections with a select few people that we know might be right for the project. There are many deals we transact that never appear on our web site, in our newsletter or in any public forum. If you have a special need, or a special property you are seeking and you do not see it on our web site, call or email us, and ask about Quiet Connections.
