Join us as we roll through our beginning sushi class. We will serve up miso soup and fresh tuna salad with ginger garlic dressing while we show you how to create 4 maki rolls and 3 nigiri. You then roll your own until you can eat no more.

April Newsletter 2007

April and spring has sprung(almost!).

This month will be the first time we see fresh Softshell crabs, Great Lakes smelt, and wild King Salmon. As the weather warms all these become more readily available. We will also have plenty of Alaskan halibut and the price is coming down.

I have to apolagize for this late April Newsletter!

I have been an April fool and been having computer issues with my website thereby delaying the April newsletter. The May newsletter will be back with weekly specials, recipes and lots of good info.

In place of the weekly specials, I have included a coupon for each week. It will be the fish of your choice this month!
