This month we would like to express our gratitude to our many clients and customers that have helped us reach some new milestones. We recently eclipsed fifty (50) LEED registered projects with the Dynamic V8. And for the first time in our history, we are a candidate for a prestigious award presented by Environmental Design + Construction (ED+C) magazine.
Thank you to all of you who have made these achievements possible.

Dynamic Reaches LEED Milestone
Dynamic used on over fifty (50) projects seeking LEED certification

Dynamic V8 Air Cleaning Systems have been used in over 50 LEED registered projects. The LEED Green Building Rating System was designed as the benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on the environment and their buildings' performance.
Under the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC) LEED Rating System, there are potentially several points available when using Dynamic's V8 - the system achieves a minimum MERV 13 which is a requisite of IAQ/IEQ Credit 3. Use of the air cleaners can also favorably impact the fan horsepower requirements called for in the ASHRAE Standard 90.1 filtration calculations. This often substantial reduction in fan horsepower and subsequent lower energy consumption contributes to a point for Reduced HVAC Energy EA Credit 1. Additional points may also be obtainable for categories such as the Innovation ID Credit 1. Significantly outperforming other market solutions in contaminant control, maintenance and cost of ownership, the Dynamic V8 is installed in more than 50 LEED registered projects worldwide including ASHRAE Headquarters.
The Dynamic V8 Air Cleaning System outperforms current solutions on the market in contaminant control, maintenance and cost of ownership, thereby dramatically reducing energy consumption and operating costs. It exceeds the MERV 13 minimum and approaches HEPA filtration levels by providing up to MERV 15+ performance while operating at much lower static pressures. These ratings of MERV 13-16 are the most efficient air cleaners on the market.
As building owners are required to meet strict building codes and standards, building to fit within the LEED requirements ensures efficiencies that result in cost savings over the life of the building. At Dynamic Air Quality Solutions, we are proud that our IAQ products are recognized as ensuring the highest level of air cleaning within a building, at a much lower cost over the lifetime of the product. Even if you aren't seeking LEED certification, knowing we can meet and exceed these strict regulations helps to showcase our value in improving indoor air quality.
