Rejuvenated Beach House at NeahKahNie Ready for Renters

It took months of labor to realize their vision, but the end result is absolutely stunning. The owners of Beach House transformed this classic beach cottage into a true gem.

From the living and dining areas the views of the beach and NeahKahNie Mountain are simply breathtaking. New windows and refinished floor were just the beginning! Repeat renters will be delighted to know that all mustiness is gone. The new owners dug out and sealed the foundation, built walls and dry walled the lower level to add a new bedroom and bathroom. Even the laundry room has a new wall, so no part of the unfinished basement is exposed. Every little detail was considered - they even replaced the leaky shower door.

You'll be able to watch all the action from the comfort of the living room or head out down the short path to the front and make some beach action yourself! And just look at those beautiful bedrooms. (Third bedroom with two twins not pictured. It's gorgeous!)
