Greetings!
We found what?? Yes! Aquaman was lost by a young renter some months ago and was just discovered deep inside the couch at Neahkahnie. If he is yours, please call us! We would like very much to return him to his rightful owner.
December has arrived here in Manzanita and brought with it an icy east wind. The beach in the chilly winter sun is a beautiful sight!
We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends. Our Thanksgiving weekend renters each received a fresh pumpkin pie from our local baker delivered in person by OceanEdge staff - one of our favorite things to do for the holiday.
We are very excited to have three new properties joining the OceanEdge family: Two in Manzanita and one in Kauai. And check out the great low-season special coming up in January! |
The Courtyard Comes to OceanEdge
OceanEdge Vacation Rentals is proud to welcome The Courtyard to our selection of beautiful homes in Manzanita (available for reservations beginning December 1, 2011). This home is wonderfully spacious, and blissfully quiet and private despite its central location. Rent just the upper unit or lower unit, or rent them both!
The large deck above the garage boasts a hot tub, outdoor furniture, and of course a grill for your summertime barbecue. In the upper unit, comfortably appointed and roomy bedrooms let you relax. The bath off the queen master on the main level features an oval tub with tile surround, so you can soak your cares away in total luxury.
Upstairs the kids will discover a great big room just for them. Charming! Though there are only two bedrooms in the upper unit, it sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably: Two queen futons in the loft allow you to bring everyone, and your family dog is welcome, too!

When you book both the upper and lower units, you'll have space for 13 guests. With both levels, this home has so much to offer: foosball, Ping Pong, a hot tub, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths plus a loft. Wow!
When you stay at the Courtyard you're close to everything Manzanita has to offer: World class espresso, local dining, unique shopping, and spa services including massage and yoga. And, of course, seven miles of pristine sandy beach.
Both units at The Courtyard are booking now: Rent just the upper 2-bedroom unit during the low season for $185/night, the lower 1-bedroom unit for $115/night, or both of them together for $250/night. |
