Greetings!

It seems impossible that it could be September already, and yet the Labor Day weekend is upon us. We hope you are enjoying the last week and weekend of the summer season wherever you are. Here in Manzanita the weather has been simply beautiful, and a gorgeous holiday weekend is in the forecast.

In this issue we have another great new property to share with you, Ocean Song, and as always, you can use the events calendar to plan ahead and make sure you get to stay in your favorite home.

We'd like to remind you that prices revert to low-season rates on October 1st, and if you book for summer 2012 by October 1st, you will lock in the 2011 rate. And you only need $200 to secure your reservation. We encourage you to plan ahead and take advantage of this special offer for our repeat renters.

Classic Beach Cottage, Ocean Song, Comes to OceanEdge

Our newest gem, Ocean Song, is an adorable Oregon beach cottage situated just half a block from the beach.  With two queen bedrooms, this remodeled beauty accommodates 2 couples or a small family, and there is an extra twin bed in the ground floor bedroom for a fifth guest. Your dog is also welcome!

Ocean Song is available for reservations beginning October 1st, and during the low season, the nightly rate is only $145.  Call us soon to ensure you get your preferred dates. This one will fill quickly!

Low Season Starts October 1st

October 1st marks the return of the low season. The kids are back in school, and things slow down in our little village: The perfect time to come experience all that Manzanita has to offer other than the beach. And our low-season prices are unbeatable!  Stay in your favorite view or beach front property for a fraction of the high-season rates.

Call us and get away to Manzanita in the fall!

Did You Know?

During the fall and winter months, many of our homeowners welcome long-term reservations of a month or more at greatly reduced prices. You can have a front-row seat to the dramatic changes in the weather and relax by the fire for less than you imagine.

If you want to experience beach life in the off season for 4 weeks or more, we'll help you find just the right home.  Call our friendly reservations staff and tell them you'd like to come and stay for awhile!

As the kids return to school and fall begins to assert itself this month please remember to call us before October 1st to make your 2012 reservation at this summer's prices. We want to make it easy for you to rest, relax and renew in Manzanita for less.

 Sincerely,
