New Homes Become Renters' Favorites
This year we welcomed three beautiful new properties to the OceanEdge family, and they've already become renters' favorites.
Carmel North is our divine "urban" condominium that sits above Laneda Avenue just a block from the beach. Renters enjoyed watching the 4th of July parade and the Muttzanita Pet Parade from the second floor balcony. When you're right on Laneda, you're close to all Manzanita has to offer: Locally owned restaurants, world class espresso, massage, yoga, and a plethora of small shops for a unique shopping experience that will make you want to come back year after year.
We welcomed Pelican Perch only four months ago, and it's already a favorite. It's our most accessible property offering covered parking, a level entry, and an elevator to take you to the second floor and back. It's an easy stroll half a block and through the dunes down to the sand for unlimited beach fun.
Our third newcomer is also a star. Surf Rider is a one-level ocean front home with a view of the dunes and Mt. Neah-Kah-Nie in the background. There is nothing between you and the surf except picture windows and sand! Inside it's decorated with an eye for both design and comfort. Did we mention it's on the beach?
