Rx for the New Year
by Dr. Laura Thompson
I've been so impressed this year with the number of my patients who are taking such good care of themselves. Now, no one's perfect. A holiday cookie now and then, a glass of wine with friends, a large dinner with family - communing with food is a "nutrient", just as important as any other.

But, we "rein it in" after the holidays because as human beings, we all seek balance. If we don't pay attention to this balancing act, we get sick. Post- holiday times are notorious for this: colds, flues, stomach viruses, gall bladder stress.

So in taking precautions, and gliding through cold and flu season infection-free, remember to use your Flu Max Pro and Gripia Pro sprays for cold and flu prevention throughout the winter season. Three sprays, morning and night for adults and one spray morning and night for children. They produce amazing results; they travel well and are a breeze to take.

CALL 800-608-5602 for YOUR FREE 15-MINUTE PHONE CONSULTATION with one of our health coaches, to discuss nutritional solutions for your health challenges.

New Year's Thank You
My staff and I are deeply touched by our relationships with you all. We teach and we learn - it is a two-way street. These are spectacular times for growth. You are our source of inspiration. We are fulfilled by our connections with you. So keep up the good work. We will too.

FOR YOUR COLD AND FLU PREVENTION TOOL KIT
ONION SYRUP FOR COLD AND FLU SEASON
Onion syrup has tremendous natural anti-biotic qualities, perfect for cold and flu season. And the taste is pretty darn good.

  • One organic yellow onion or organic garlic
  • Organic cane sugar
  • Glass jar
  • Slice an onion. Place in jar. Cover slice with a layer of sugar. Place 2nd slice in jar and cover with layer of sugar. Continue the process until the entire onion is used.

Syrup should be ready to use after 3 hours. After 18 hours, it will yield an ample supply of homemade cold and flu syrup.

Dosage is as follows: Adults, 1 teaspoon 3x daily or as needed. Children, 1/2 teaspoon, 3x daily or as needed.

*The purpose of the sugar is dual. It draws out an intracellular fluid, including a sulfur compound that is both anti-bacterial, as well as anti-viral. Since this syrup tastes pretty good, it is easy to administer to children.

Kids just love it! Adults too! ==========================================
