 Organzing your tax documents

It's that time of year again. You should be receiving W-2s, K-1s, 1099's, charitable donation receipts and more.

To ensure you have all of the necessary documents to complete your individual tax return, use your tax organizer to check off each item as it comes in and maintain them with your list.

Many of these documents may also be available online. Once you have gathered the items, schedule a time to deliver them to us to begin the tax preparation process amd discuss tax, estate planning or financial planning issues you may have.

Remember to provide information related to any direct or indirect gifts made during 2010.
