Well, if you're like me, you're about ready for the new year, and a hopeful fresh start. As usual, this year just zoomed by! I hope you and yours had a wonderful Christmas, didn't eat too many cookies or drink too much egg nog, and are anticipating a calm and prosperous 2012!
Although the shopping season is kind of over, I'm hoping for a surge in art interest and sales. Everyone seems to be feeling a bit better about the economy, and that's been reflected lately in my business, which is a good thing.
I wanted to invite you to come and visit me at one of my upcoming shows. The season of sportsmen's conventions is upon us, as well as a smattering of art shows and art events. I'll be on my way to Dallas very soon, then to Las Vegas, Reno, and Great Falls, MT. I extend an invitation to you to come say hello.
You can also check out my website for the latest creations, as I've been pretty busy lately painting up a storm. I've added a nice page concerning commissions to my website, and I'm enjoying the challenge of recreating a beloved pet or a hunting trophy for my clients; take a look by clicking here!
Fall was lovely here this year, and winter, predicted to be pretty nasty, has kind of held off so far, with little snow and less than frigid temperatures. As usual, I did a bit of hunting, and our freezer is full now for the year. I hope you got out and enjoyed the fruits of the season too! I'm always inspired by fall and winter settings...this was from a morning duck hunting on our local river, and may be in a future painting!
Below is a list of where I'll be displaying my art; feel free to call for any information on these shows, or if you have questions about my work. Happy New Year!
