QUEST Bowling- 10/20

QUEST's annual bowling night will be held this Thursday, 10/20 at TerpZone (in the basement of the Stamp Student Union)! The event will start at 6:30p.m. and wrap up around 9:00p.m. Feel free to come for some or all of that time to enjoy pizza and play a game or two. 

 

The Quality Guild will be present and looks forward to taking on challengers! Come with a team of four or join up with other QUESTers there. Winning team wins a fabulous prize! See you there!

Thursday, Oct. 20th is QUEST Show and Tell day!

 

You love QUEST and want to tell all of your friends about it, right? Well, the Recruiting Team loves QUEST too, so much that they've named Thursday, Oct. 20th QUEST Show and Tell day!

 

Wear your QUEST cohort t-shirt on Thursday to show off your QUEST pride, and tell at least one new person about QUEST to help spread the word about the fabulous things we're doing!

Spring course offering- BMGT438C 

 BMGT438C:

Scoping the Consulting Project

(2 credits)

 

In this course, students will prepare potential project scopes for the QUEST Senior Capstone course, BMGT/ENES490H. The final deliverable will be the scope for one senior capstone project focusing on quality management, process improvement, or system design. As part of the scoping process, students will learn about techniques for networking with and reaching out to potential clients, assessing organizational structure to determine who the decision-makers of an organization are, pitching the project, and determining a project scope. The course will include independent work networking with clients and class visits to a variety of potential project sites. This course is open to QUEST students.
