Spring course offering- ENME 489B

ENME489B- Special Topics in

Mechanical Engineering:

Six Sigma Strategy and Methods (3 credits)

This course was created eight years ago as an enhancement to, and updating of, the QUEST curriculum. Over the years it has proven to be a valuable part of the QUEST experience and a valuable asset for obtaining employment upon graduation.  Dr. David Bigio has taught the cross-listed sections to predominately QUEST students, and students from other majors.

You are invited to register for the section that Dr. Bigio is teaching - ENME 489B.  It is very important to continue the experience of working in multidisciplinary teams and with companies as part of QUEST. This spring, projects are lined up from Bechtel, Marriott, BD Diagnostics, NASA, and Thomas' English muffins.

Please contact Dr. Bigio at  dbigio@umd.edu if you are interested in signing up for this course.
