 | Gift to the Academy for a GREAT 1st Year! ! !

On Tuesday, November 2, Five Rings Jiu Jitsu and Fitness was a year old. Wow! It's amazing to look back and see how far we've come in a year.
 | Xande Ribeiro Seminar in September
|
To commemorate our one year anniversary, Coach Tom and Coach Eric felt that a "training facility enhancement" was in order. As a result, a TV and DVD player were installed on the main training floor so that our athletes can bring in their favorite instructional DVD's and work them on the mat.
We have accomplished a lot in our first year as an academy.
