Looking to Start A Business? Have you ever thought about starting a business in Downtown Sebring? The Sebring CRA is offering various incentive programs to help launch businesses that locate within the CRA district, including a Restaurant Incentive Program. Downtown Streetscape Nears CompletionThe Downtown Streetscape Project continues to make progress as landscaping on completed bump outs will begin on October 18. Work on the sidewalks inside Circle Park will begin November 15. A revised completion date is set for the end of November. If you have questions regarding this project, please contact Rob Miller at (863) 471-5115. Downtown Sebring Is Social!Downtown Sebring is active on social media sites, such at Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The mission of the CRA is to bring about the economic revitalization of an established target area. To create a re-investment environment that attracts private investors into the area. To promote improvements within the redevelopment area through renovation and restoration of buildings, as well as to encourage new construction. To acquire the funding necessary to make the infrastructure improvements necessary to attract investment dollars and improve the assessed taxable value of district properties and to assist the Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Merchants in their efforts to market the downtown businesses.
