"Night Moves" 5K Race/Walk
Join us from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM as the Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce hosts a 5K race from the Circle, out and back several times, culminating with a beer bash and live band on the Circle.  For more information, contact Greg Harris at greg@sebring.org.

Heartland Idol

Kenilworth Lodge Halloween Costume Party
The historic Kenilworth Lodge, located in Downtown Sebring at 1610 Lakeview Drive, will host the First Annual Costume Party complete with Candy & Snack Bar; Video, Fog & Laser Light Show; Beer & Wine Cash Bar; Karaoke and Costume contest with great prizes! Alzheimer's Association - Memory Walk
Memory Walk is a family friendly event to raise awareness and funds to support the programs and services of the Alzheimer's Association, which will take place from 8-11 am at the Circle Park in Downtown Sebring. Some of the activities include live entertainment, trade fair, food, and a 1.5 mile Walk. Looking to Start A Business?
moneyHave you ever thought about starting a business in Downtown Sebring?  The Sebring CRA is offering various incentive programs to help launch businesses that locate within the CRA district, including a Restaurant Incentive Program.  If you or someone you know is interested, please contact Pete Pollard, CRA Director, at (863) 471-5104. 

Downtown Streetscape Nears Completion
The Downtown Streetscape Project continues to make progress as landscaping on completed bump outs will begin on October 18.  Work on the sidewalks inside Circle Park will begin November 15.  A revised completion date is set for the end of November.  If you have questions regarding this project, please contact Rob Miller at (863) 471-5115.

sebring thunderThe first Sebring Thunder Car Show took place on September 17-19 with 200+ registered cars and nearly 2,000 attendees.  The event was met with rave reviews and has already been scheduled for next year, September 16-18, 2011.   For more information, visit www.SebringCruise.com.

The Heartland Riders roared into Downtown Sebring for the Run to the Heartland, which was held Oct.HRA 1-3.  The group thanks everyone for making the 7th Annual Run to the Heartland a wonderful success.   The beautiful weather helped to encourage riders to make the journey to Sebring and brought out many local residents to the festive activities.   Now begins the planning for next year as the 8th Annual Run to the Heartland will be held September 30-October 2, 2011.  The event  will once again honor those who have served our country present and past.   Mark your calendars now for this exciting event.  For more information, visit www.HRA-Riders.com.

The mission of the CRA is to bring about the welcome to sebringeconomic revitalization of an established target area. To create a re-investment environment that attracts private investors into the area. To promote improvements within the redevelopment area through renovation and restoration of buildings, as well as to encourage new construction. To acquire the funding necessary to make the infrastructure improvements necessary to attract investment dollars and improve the assessed taxable value of district properties and to assist the Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Merchants in their efforts to market the downtown businesses.
