As we head into another Holiday Season, all of us at New Vision Dance Center are thankful for all of the families and dancers that choose to be apart of our studio. We are so grateful for the inspiration each of the students provide to us, and for the opportunity we have to share what we love! We are thankful for the art of dance, and for the experience of passing it on to the future generations.
The start of the Holiday Season also reminds us that we have a show approaching! Each of our participants have been working hard these last few weeks putting the finishing touches on our Holiday Production of The Grinch, and we are ready for the stage. If you haven't already purchased your tickets for the show, you can stop by the front office to get your reserved seats! The Grinch is a great way to kick off your holidays, and an even better way to spend your Thanksgiving weekend.
Just like the rest of your lives, this is also a very busy time at the studio. Commitment forms are due, costumes are being ordered, songs have been chosen, and we start our road to the Showcase as soon as we return from our Winter Break. With everything going on, it can also be a confusing time, so please feel free to ask any questions you might have. You can feel free to stop by the front desk when you are in, or you can email me (Miss Bradian). Thank you again for the important part you and your dancer play in our lives.

2012 Showcase!
Showcase Week will be June 16th - June 23rd
Showcase Costume Commitment Forms are due! If you haven't already turned in a Commitment Form for your dancer (whether they are participating in the Showcase or not), please do so before Thursday, November 17th. All costumes requested after Thursday, November 17th will have an additional $10.00 charge. Costume charges of $75.00 will be reflected on December's bill, and January's bill (only if you ordered more than one costume).
Late Order Costumes can be ordered until February 3rd. However, there have been difficulties in the past getting Late Order costumes here in time for the show, so if your dancer wants to participate it's best not to wait!
Tumble Students will have a show of their own during their last class of the year. This will be a special parent viewing day just for you, and will be an opportunity for you to see them show off all of their skills! There is no costume or tickets to purchase, and more information will follow.

Showcase Costumes:
Costume ordering must be done early, and once the order is placed it cannot be canceled (nor can we add to it without increased cost), thus all costume fees are non-refundable. For an overview of additional Showcase costs, please read through the General Information on our website. If you have questions regarding the Showcase Costume Commitment Form, or Late Order Costumes, please email Miss Bradian, or stop by the Front Desk.
Changing Classes:
Please check with the office and your child's instructor prior to switching classes for availability and level. You are responsible for notifying the office of any changes in enrollment, including adding, dropping or switching classes. All changes will be effective at the time of notification. If you decide to drop a class, please fill out a change form before the first of the month in order to avoid being charged, tuition is non-refundable, so a failure to notify us can result in charges for the proceeding month.
Changing Costumes:
As already mentioned, our costume orders will be placed this month, and cannot be changed. Please consider this before switching your child's class. Adding and dropping classes is still available, however, we will not refund the costume charge for a class dropped, nor will we be able to 'transfer' the cost to a newly added class.
