First Day Reminders!
For your first day of dance class . . . - Please bring your dancer to class dressed in their dance clothes
- Bring their dance shoes in a small bag. HINT: Everyone's shoes end up looking the same, so please write your dancer's name in all their belongings, and send them into the classroom with them!
- Please stop by the front office for directions to your child's classroom.
- Wait outside the room for your dancer's class to begin. The teacher will call for the kids when it is time for classes to begin!
Often the first few weeks of classes are more crowded than normal, afterall, who doesn't want to see the first class?! Please be patient as the weeks progress you will notice things settling down.

Studio Safety!
To kick off the year, we wanted to be sure everyone paid special attention to a few safety issues in and around the studio . . .
First of all, it is important that ALL doors remain closed during business hours. This includes the doors to the outside, and those going into each of the studios. Classroom doors left open may provide a great vantage point, but it is extremely distracting to the kids taking class. Also, please know that the building is air conditioned, but it only works if the exterior doors stay closed to keep in the cool air. There are also many younger siblings making their way around the studio, and we don't want them escaping through a front or side door left ajar!
Second, please remember this is a business park, and there are professionals working all hours of the day and evening. Please keep your kids from running around the outside of the building, doing gymnastics, practicing dances on the grass, or climbing the trees. Not only does this present a possible danger to your dancer, but it is also a distraction to the kids who are in class.
Finally, as you drive through the parking lot, please keep an eye out for kids. Drive slowly and be alert, because you never know who might be crossing the street.
Thank you all so much for your help in these matters, we hope to keep this a fun and safe environment for everyone!
