Thanksgiving is only a week away! Can you believe it? It's got me thinking of that yummy feast and spending time with friends and loved ones. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays, actually. There's no pressure (except on the cook!), the weather is perfect for football and long walks (got to burn off that stuffing somehow!) and I'm around all the people who mean the most to me. Add to that the amazing food, and it just may be the best holiday going!

Our New Battery Operated Lamps are Definitely Something We're Thankful For!

A Houseworks innovation has fine-tuned the concept of battery-operated dollhouse lighting! This well designed, high-quality light has a smaller battery case which unscrews to access a smaller battery. The 3V lithium battery, which is included, will last approximately 50 hours. The white LED is not replaceable but will burn for about 5,000 hours and puts out much less heat than traditional bulbs.
