We'll kick things off with a worldly perspective on country music.  The AristoMedia Global Showcase brings artists from around the planet to perform at the Second Fiddle to help kick off CMA Week.  This year's events brought in artists from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and France.  We headed down to lower Broadway to check out the party.  Check it out right here.

One of the fan favorites of the CMA Music Festival has to be the free concerts.  The Chevy-sponsored River Stage attracts thousands of dedicated fans on the river where they are in for a very special treat.  We caught up with Jo Dee Messina to see how these performances get her closer to the fans.  Join Jo Dee on her bus outside the Riverfront here. 

Another unique element of CMA Music Fest is the interaction between artists and their fans.  You just won't find this personal connection in any other music genre.  Many performers have their own fan clubs, and they often host get togethers where they can talk with friends both old and new, plus play a very intimate show for 500 or so die-hard fans.  We caught up with Josh Turner to hear why this is a very special time for him.  Learn all about it right here.
