Each year, some of the biggest songwriters gather in Franklin, Tennessee, for a benefit show to raise money for Battle Ground Academy, right here in Nashville.  This year's event featured Bob PiPiero and Bobby Pinson as hosts, and as usual...you never know exactly who might show up!  Here's Kelly with more.

After a chance encounter at a party in Nashville, Matt Lopez, Brad Hull and Tim Gates became good friends and then band mates when they created Due West.  Already seeing success musically, the trio has signed with Black River Music Group and their new disc 'Forget The Miles' is now out in stores.  Kelly Lynn had a chance to catch up with the guys to talk about that new CD and their latest music video.  Check it out here.

Jagermeister is well-known on college campuses across America, and now the brand has expanded their music division, which includes an annual country tour.  After highly successful runs in 2009 and 2010, this year's tour will feature Dierks Bentley, along with Josh Thompson and new duo Miss Willie Brown.  Rick Monroe is a veteran of both Jager Country Tours, and will also join the lineup this year as a performer and emcee.  We caught up with Rick here in Nashville to talk about that new tour kicking off next week.  Click here for more.
