Memorial Mass
This year's event will be held at St Charles on Nov 4th at 7pm.
This is for our council to come together and pray for our deceased member of our council.
Please plan on attending. |
Membership Drive
We held a Membership Drive at St Gabriel's and we have 16 possible new members/transfers.
We will be having an Open House for potential new members on Wed Oct 28th 7pm at the Hall.
Please invite anyone interested in joining the Knights or our council to participate.
Knights are welcome to this event as well. |
GladFest Parade/ MR Drive
Thanks to all that participated in these events. As of the writing of this newsletter we have collected approx. $2500.
Special thanks to Steve Wiederholt for getting us assistance from Special Olympics.
NCMEC ID Booth
Thanks to all that participated in this event. We had 376 pictures taken. Also this year we has volunteers from CERT providing fingerprinting for the children. This was well received. |

Bingo "Volunteers"
We play bingo every Friday. Doors open at 4:30pm.
Event Tickets Early-Bird games may start as early as 5:30pm.
Main Bingo games start at 6:45pm.
We are in need of more members to volunteer their time approximately one Friday evening every month or two.
If you are interested in helping, please come up to Fantasyland Bingo Hall, 6972 N Broadway or contact a Night Manager.

As you may have noticed, we are continuing to work on the new storage area. We are still needing some assistance with interior work.
Please stay tuned for more information regarding a hall work day in November to Paint the new entry area and clean out the Kitchen/Bathroom Areas for the upcoming interior remodel.

Fellow Knights are you and your bride celebrating your 50th or 60th Wedding Anniversary? Supreme Council would like to celebrate this milestone with you by providing a certificate. Meeting Minutes (abbreviated)
Bingo income- $4300 for General Fund and $1100 for Charity Fund. We are in the process of selecting 2 seminarians to support.
Deceased Member Tributes- We are now going to pay for memorial masses for the deceased members in lieu of a Bible
