Greetings!
This week's video blog discusses the differences between a
shareholders agreement for an investor funded company and one that would be
used for a closely held business. It's always important to know investor expectations before
raising capital. As with all legal
documentation and financial projections, you've got to be prepared, be and look
professional, and know what to expect.
This is a tough environment to raise capital and you need every advantage
you can get.

On the personal side, weekend before last Faith and I were
able to get away to the White Springs / Suwanee River area of north
Florida. This is absolutely one of my
favorite spots in Florida. There's an abundance of public lands with
hiking and biking trails right along and near the Suwanee.
We hiked 8 miles one day and biked 12 the next. (Faith isn't a kayaker. So, no time on the water that weekend.) The weather was great and we saw a lot of
wildlife. I put together a video that
shows Big Shoals, Florida's
only Class III rapids, and some areas around it. You can see it here:
Big Shoals State Park
Leave me a comment if you have any questions on either
video. You can also call me at
407-649-7777 if you want to talk about your business situation.
Talk to you next week.
