It's time for businesses to file their Annual Report with the State of
Florida. File the report and pay the fee on or before May 1stto avoid
a $400 penalty. This is also time to put together your annual corporate
housekeeping records, to review your shareholders agreement and
employment contacts and customer agreements, and to update business
valuation certificates and exit planning strategies. This video
