This week's blog is about one of my favorite small business issues: Partnerships.
If anyone you know is a partner in a business and doesn't have a buy-sell or shareholders agreement, make sure they watch this video. In my 16 years practicing business law, I've seen a lot of good businesses destroyed by owners fighting. The sad part: had the owners done the planning described in the video, they would have had a way out that protected their business wealth.
