Have You Kept Your 'Resolutions'?
Let us help you achieve your goals.

Everyone is busy.  But don't let the 'busy-ness" of your life get in the way of achieving your goal of improving your health and fitness in 2010.  We can help.

The Parks and Recreation Department offers four distinctly different group fitness classes to choose from.  From water-based classes to high energy aerobics and even pilates/yoga...we have something for everyone.  Click here for details about each class.

Beyond our group classes, take advantage of the variety of fitness opportunities available at the Civic Center.  Swim, lift weights, play racquetball, walk on a treadmill...the list is endless.  If you need help getting started, meet with our personal trainer to set up a plan that's right for you.

Take time for yourself.  It's the best investment you can make.
