Now, before you answer that question, let it sink in and see what you feel at a deeper level. Try to answer it from your heart and not your head.
Without a strong belief that you are worthy to be at your goal weight, you will experience disappointment, frustration, and one roadblock after another in your efforts to reach your goal. No matter how bad you want it, how great the plan, or how many times you try, nothing, nada, not anything will overcome the barrier of your unworthy beliefs. At a deep level outside of your consciousness you will resist the very success you so strongly desire.
Here is the REAL Skinny. You can't earn worth. You must allow it. So don't spin your wheels trying to be worthy, instead release the beliefs that are not consistent with your goals and renew them with positive, strong and worthy beliefs that will. Yes, it's that simple!
