The one thing that makes pool time more enjoyable is a warm pool, and sometimes the solar cover doesn't do the job fast enough. We have always had the solar panel in our store. This summer we decided to try the solar panels out for ourselves! The results have been quite notable!

We started with a startling cold temperature of 55 degrees and reached a comfortable 83 degrees within 5 sunny days. In fact, the water coming in was so warm when swimmers swam past the returns they felt the heat.

The panels come in 2' x 20' feet  sections. You mount them to the roof, ground, or a rack. Unlike a heater, the solar panels have no bills after installation! There is no need for an extra pump. You just plumb in the panels and the water runs through them. The only suggestions we have is to still use a solar cover so the heat does not escape at night, and add a bypass valve so when the pool gets to your preferred temperature you can stop heating the water for the time being.
