| PixelMEDIA Celebrates 15 Years in Business |
|
PixelMEDIA, Inc., a full-service interactive web design and development company, marked its 15th year in business with an open house in its new space at 75 New Hampshire Avenue at Pease Tradeport. PixelMEDIA's first customer, Massachusetts-based Bus-Tech was among the more than 100 clients who toasted the company's success.
At the open house, guests toured the facility and saw a 15-minute video that combined images from the company's archives with employee interviews. Among the employees was art director Alfonso Fabrega, who was recognized for being with PixelMEDIA for 10 years.
"We wanted to say, 'thank you,' to the people who made the past 15 years so successful-our clients and our employees," adds PixelMEDIA president and CEO Erik Dodier. "We think celebrating in our brand new space is a great way to begin the next chapter of our company's story."
PixelMEDIA started out designing and developing interactive multimedia solutions to help businesses improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs in sales, training, marketing, and support.
Today, with more than 50 full-time staff, PixelMEDIA employs a well-defined approach to define, model, design, and build complete web properties and software applications. The company also offers a growing set of consulting services that include user research, brand and messaging support, and social media strategies.
The company's confidence in the future is evident in its decision to move to a bigger space with its open floor plan, light-filled meeting rooms, and an employee lounge-all configured to promote greater collaboration and team-building.
"We're very proud of what we've accomplished and even more excited about where we think the industry is going," says co-founder Thomas Obrey. "Customers are asking us for more than websites-they come to us for creative concepts and go-to-market strategies that use the web as a channel."
