Hello Again!
Yet another busy month for Pendulum Dance Theatre! We have a number of amazing shows coming up that are open to the public and many very exciting classes and workshops for you to attend!!! Read on to learn more! We hope to see you all soon!

Learn to Fly with Pendulum Dance Theatre!
:: Pendulum's acclaimed summer intensive is now in its 7th year. This
course offers the budding artist two weeks of intensive aerial training
(35 hours per week) taught by an acclaimed international coaching
staff. With small classes and individual instruction the student will
gain skills, strength and poise i n the air while having fun.
Comprehensive foundation of skills will be taught in trapeze (still and
dance), hoop, rope and silks, along with choreography and character
work. Students will also participate in strength training and
conditioning classes, stretch/ flexibility/ contortion (depending on
the student's ability), acrobatics and adagio. The intensive will
culminate in a performance of works created at the end of the two weeks.
This year our wonderful guest teachers will be Nicole Pearson and James Frith
Students
will ONLY be allowed to attend the first week (August 3rd to 7th) if it
is not possible to attend both weeks. Students will NOT be allowed to
attend the second week only. We strongly recommend that the student
attends both weeks in order to gain the full benefits of this intensive.
:: Beginning to Intermediate Aerial Arts Camp
:: Ages 12-18
For
students who would prefer a shorter day there is the option of
attending until 3:00 pm instead of 4:00 pm at a reduced price.
Dates: August 3rd-7th, 2009 and August 10th-14th, 2009
Times: 9:00am - 3:00pm daily
Where: French American International School
Cost: $375.00 per week
Deposits are due July 15, 2009 No Refunds after July 30, 2009
Deadline to register: July 15th, 2009 - no exceptions
Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $100.00

First Thursday at Lululemon Athletica!
Each Saturday in the month of June, Pendulum Dance Theatre performers were the featured artists in Lululemon's in-store demonstrations. On July 2nd, 2009 Pendulum will be performing in Lululemon's First Thursday event!!!

SkinVisible: Tattoo Expo & Floorshow music, performance and multimedia! On July 25th, in the Kridell Grand Ballroom, Pendulum Dance Theatre's own tattooed beauties will perform aerial wonders for Skinvisible: Tattoo Expo and Floorshow!!!
Come see the shows at 3pm and 7pm on July 25th, 2009!
Tickets are $30 for preferred front row runway seating and General admissions will be $20 for museum members and $25 for non-members
