Valentine Day Ball

This sold-out event was one to remember and keep around! Guests enjoyed dancing the night away to live music by the Meg Hansen Band, friendly bidding wars within our silent auction and great food with outstanding service provided by Mercer Oaks Catering.  The room was surrounded by love of one another and for one special little boy.  We're already planning next year's Ball...so be sure to reserve your table early for 2011! Thank you to all who attended this event and for letting your love do great things this past Valentine's Day!

Ryan's Cup 2 brought in some major green, but we also scored a goal in raising awareness for Duchenne.  Several players along with Ryan's Dad, hit the air waves of Philadelphia's largest radio station 93.3 WMMR.  A special thanks to the Preston & Steve show for promoting this event while bringing some much needed attention to DMD.

Mercer County HS Baseball "Hits for Hope Campaign"
The Trenton Times Kevin Maloney and HHW Coach Costantino continue to fight DMD!

The idea for the Hits for Hope Competition is quite simple.  Teams/Players recruit sponsors from the community to help raise funding for DMD research.  Each hit a player makes has a monetary value...A single earns $1, a double $2, a triple $3 and a home-run $5.  At the end of the season, the stats will be calculated and sponsors donate the money earned by their respective teams to Ryan's Quest.  While only one sponsor is needed to compete, Teams can have as many as possible.

This year will be a very special season since Ryan's older brother David will be playing his senior year with the Hightstown HS Rams.

If you are interested in sponsoring your local baseball team please contact Coach Costantino at jcostantino@optonline.net.

All sponsors and teams will be recognized at the Mercer County Tournament Championship Game at Waterfront Park
