The HHSC Task Force on Strengthening Nonprofit Capacity invites the public to provide testimony and written comments about how to strengthen nonprofit capacity for providing charitable and social services to Texans in need. The public input will be used to help develop recommendations and a report for the Texas Legislature that will be submitted on September 1, 2010.   To submit your comments
