This session will present the core ethical principles which apply to volunteer management, and present a practical decision-making process for navigating the real-life ethical dilemmas commonly faced by organizations like yours. Tyler Area Nonprofits! FREE "Modern Manna" Grant Writing Workshop for Congregations Saturday, February 13 at First Christian Church
This workshop is designed for congregations who are interested in understanding funding opportunities and trends and will provide intensive training in research and grant writing. Participants will explore different strategies for approaching foundations, corporations and individuals, developing a funding strategy, and writing successful proposals. In addition, participants will learn how to utilize volunteers as a resource as well as the successful management of volunteers in congregations. All faith traditions are invited to participate.
