Costa Rica has had a good first two quarters of 2010 without all of the government take overs that the United States is experiencing. In fact, they are doing just the opposite - increasing competition and growing businesses. Tourism is up over 10% from last year and their is an increasing, albeit cautious, feeling of optimism spreading through the country.
