Runner, French and Broad Beans are all cropping well and are plentiful. Courgettes are plentiful and a great seasonal vegetable we also have a few Turks Turban Squash as well. Thinning in the carrots, parsnips and beetroot are producing large amounts of lovely sweet produce being sold in bunches.
Salad wise we still have our very popular mixed salad flowers and shoots which are picked fresh every day.
The herbs are really great just now as well with sage, thyme, lovage, chives, marjoram, oregano, lemon grass, parsley, tarragon, burnet, fennel, mint and corriander all available fresh! If we do not have any on sale please ask and we will get some freshly picked for you. |

The diggers are back..... no bricks and mortar this time, we are working to improve and extend our play area for next year. Hopefully we can get the grass established this autumn ready for the fun to start in the spring! We are laying mats in the current area and improving the drainage so that we can get use of this area through the winter.
