Happy March! We are excited about the upcoming completion of our Plaza Renovation and Retail Expansion project as well as some of the new management changes that have taken place. Management Update
Please welcome Hilary Hetzner as the new Assistant Property Manager here at 303 Second Street. Hilary comes back to KRC after working for such well-known SF real estate companies as The Swig Company and Cushman & Wakefield. While at Cushman & Wakefield Hilary was the Temporary Tenant Services Coordinator at 303 Second Street, working for David Starkey when we purchased the building. We are excited to have Hilary re-join the 303 Second Team on a permanent basis. Hilary was born and raised in Lodi California and attended UC Davis for college as a Psychology Major. She currently resides in SF and likes to explore the City with friends in her free time.
Please also join us in congratulating Leigh, who has moved up to manage some of our other San Francisco properties at 250 and 301 Brannan Street and 370 Third Street! Leigh will continue to office here at 303 Second so don't be surprised to see her wandering the corridors. Congratulations Leigh!!

Plaza Renovation and Retail Expansion Project Update
 We are ALMOST there - just putting the finishing touches on the fountain and retail spaces. The fencing will come down just as soon as we are 100% complete. We're aiming for mid-March and we'll make sure to keep everyone updated.
Due to permitting issues, the Food Trucks will no longer be at the building. We are working diligently to secure retail tenants for the building and will announce them once the deals are solidified.

Electronic Recycling
 Just a reminder our next Electronic Recycling date is March 15th. Be sure to visit our website for the procedures and a listing of items that can be recycled.
Electronic recycling takes place the third Thursday of each month.
