We are very excited that the construction on the Plaza Renovation will begin this weekend! We will be renovating both lobbies as well as the outdoor plaza seating area in the coming months. Plaza Renovation
The Plaza Renovation will begin Sunday, July 24th. We are committed to keeping our tenants informed with the most up to date details about the construction project and upcoming changes.
Here is what is scheduled for July and August:
- Demolition of planters, walkways, fountains and awnings
- Installation of footings and columns in garage levels A & B
- Build form work for concrete walls in garage levels B & C
- Demolition of North Tower Lobby Women's Restroom.
All retail businesses will remain open during the renovation and access to the building will not be restricted.
