Welcome Lauren Greenwald  Lauren has been in the real estate industry for about 4 years and joined Kilroy in May of 2011 as Property Coordinator here at 303 Second Street. She started working for Costar Group in San Diego, as her first job out of college and was a Research Analyst for the San Francisco market and East Bay/South Bay market for 3 years. She moved to San Francisco in August 2010 to advance her career in real estate. She assisted the Property Manager for Jamestown Properties on a temporary basis and also worked as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Charles Dunn Real Estate gaining management experience in office, retail and multi-family properties. Lauren was born and raised in San Diego, CA where she graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Marketing. She currently lives in Nob Hill and enjoys exercising, spending time with her friends and eating at all the wonderful restaurants San Francisco has to offer. |

Leigh Renard Promoted to APM
 We are pleased to announce the promotion of Leigh Renard to Assistant Property Manager here at 303 Second Street!!! Leigh started here at 303 Second in August 2010 and has done a great job since. Please feel free to continue to call or email her for anything you may need. You will see more of her as she performs weekly walks through tenant spaces with our janitorial company, Able Building Maintenance, and much more.

Alkaline Battery Disposal
Green Citizen no longer accepts alkaline batteries. To assist tenants, we have placed a battery recycling receptacle on the North Tower Loading dock near the mailboxes for proper disposal.
