Greetings!
303 Second Street San FranciscoWelcome to November!  In this newsletter, our focus is on some of the upcoming services available to our tenants.  We will be offering a flu clinic this week and will be hosting another blood drive mid-month.  Please be sure to review this newsletter to find out about what we have planned for November.

Welcome to Sandra Litchy - Property Manager
The management team at 303 Second Street is excited to announce the latest addition to our team, Sandra Litchy.  Sandra joins us as our new Property Manager.  She has been in the property management industry for over 10 years. Sandra started her career at 345 California Street back in 1995 and then moved on to manage Class A properties such as Hawthorne Plaza and then Market Center before joining the team at 303 Second Street. "I am excited to be here at 303 Second Street and I look forward to working with the tenants and the experienced and knowledgeable staff."

Sandra spends her weekends taking her 3-year-old son either to the park, the Oakland Zoo or Chabot's Space and Science Center. If there is time left on the weekends, she enjoys reading and going to the movies.
Flu Clinic
Our annual Tenant Flu Clinic will be taking place this Wednesday, November 3rd from 11am-1pm in Suite 450 in the North Tower. Please send an email to Leigh Renard with how many people you think you may be expecting to get the shot. Shots for pregnant women also available.

The recommended trivalent vaccine virus strains for use in the 2010-2011 influenza season are the following which will be included in the seasonal flu vaccine:
  • A/California/7/2009 (2009 Pandemic influenza strain) (H1N1)
  • A/Perth/16/2009 (H3N2)-like virus
  • B/Brisbane/60/2008-like virus

Thanksgiving Holiday - Building Hours
Please note that the building will be closed Thursday November 25th and Friday November 26th for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Holiday Food Drive
Our Holiday Food Drive has begun! We are collecting food for the San Francisco Rescue Mission Food Bank.  Collection bins are in each lobby and will be there through Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Blood Drive November 16th
Our next drive with the Blood Centers of the Pacific will take place on November 16th from 10AM - 3PM.  Find the Hero in You!!  Click here to make an appointment on line.  Free cholesterol testing is included with every donation.

E-Recycling Reminder
 As a reminder, 303 Second Street offers monthly electronics recycling with Green Citizen the third Thursday of every month.  This month, Electronics Recycling will take place on Thursday, November 18th.
