Greetings!
303 Second Street San FranciscoWelcome to summer!  We have many exciting developments that have happened at 303 Second Street in the past few months. 
 
We are excited to be part of the Kilroy Realty Corporation with their recent purchase of 303 Second Street.
Management Office
The Building Management office has moved to 305 South.  Please note this new address.
 
Property Management Team
We would like to welcome Maribeth A. D'Amato as the new Property Manager at 303 Second Street.  Maribeth recently joined the 303 Management Team in July and has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 25 years. 

Her diverse real estate management experience ranges from management of 350 California, 475 Sansome and 114 Sansome as well as Portfolio Management of seven high rise office buildings in San Francisco as well as management of Suburban Office Parks in the Sonoma County area. 

Originally from San Diego she moved to San Francisco with her family in 1981 and continues to enjoy the diversity and energy of living in the Bay Area.  
 
We would also like to welcome Peri Bun, our new Operations Accountant, and Leigh Renard, our new Property Coordinator, to the Management Team at 303 Second Street.

Concerts in the Plaza
We are pleased to announce our Summer Concert in the Plaza schedule.  All concerts will take place from 12:30-1:30PM on the following dates:
  • July 28 Steve Espaniola will bring some Hawaiian flavor to the Plaza
  • August 11 Belinda Blair will wow you with her Swing Vocals
  • August 25 Three Buck Chuck will Rock the plaza with their Rock a Billy beat.  This is also the day of our Annual Tenant Ice Cream Social!  Join us for live music and ice cream treats.
  • Sept 8 Rolando Morales will bring his Latin sounds
  • Sept 22 Pat Wilder will perform the Blues
  • Sept 29 Static Shock will energize the crowd with Classic Rock and Pop
Upcoming Blood Drives
Find the Hero in You at our upcoming Blood Drives with the Blood Centers of the Pacific.  We have two scheduled blood drives:
  • August 17th from 10AM-3PM on 2nd Street.  Click here to make an appointment.
  • November 16th from 10AM - 3PM on 2nd Street.  Appointments will be available as we get closer to the date.
