Greetings!
Welcome to the New Year! We are looking forward to continuing to offer our tenants useful and fun activities throughout the year as we did in 2009! We would like to take this opportunity to reflect on the events that took place at 303 Second Street in 2009.

Happy New Year ~ A Glance
Back at 2009!
Looking back at 2009, it was a very productive year for us.
-
- We also informed you of free CERT and NERT emergency certification courses offered by the local Fire Departments in April
- In May we focused our efforts in Emergency Preparedness and our Fire Drill
- In the summer of we featured our "Music in the Plaza" series with music from Hawaii, Rock to Jazz at lunch time
- Throughout the year we also sponsored five blood drives with the Blood Centers of the Pacific
- In August we continued to encourage fun recycling practices by featuring an online game, called the "Recycle Slam Game".
- In September we kicked off our Annual Tenant Recycling & Eco Awareness Competition, which Kennedy Jenks was the winner for 2009.
- October was the month to get healthy in preparation for the season ahead, so we hosted a Health Fair where we had 300 attendee's.
- November we had the flu shots and due to overwhelming demand we arranged for two Flu Clinics by Sutter Health. Next year we will have more nurses to better serve everyone
- We held a food drive for the Rescue Mission in November and December
- December we had our Annual Tenant Holiday Party to finish off the year!
As always, we are very grateful to our Retail Tenants who offer special discounts and promotions specifically for the Tenants of 303 Second Street. Thank you and we look forward continued partnership.
