The management office has moved to the 2nd Floor, South Tower, Suite 200. Correspondences may be address to "Office of the Building" or Suite 200.  Please make a note of this new address.
New Transit Pass Schedule for 2009
For your convenience, the Property Management Office sells transit passes. Check the monthly calendar to see what days passes are available to be purchased.  Note, the sale hours will be changing to 9AM - 2PM.

The management office accepts cash and commuter checks as forms of payment. Please bring exact change.  Click here to view available passes and costs.

  • Snack Depot is pleased to announce they now offer frozen yogurt with fresh fruit, nut and chocolate toppings.  Stop by to try out the current flavor and get a free topping through December 31st!  They are also offering their free soda or coffee promotion.  Be sure to print the coupon below to take advantage of this offer - good through December 15th!
  • Quizno's Sub Sandwich Shop will continue to offer $10.00 OFF ANY CATERING ORDER OVER $50.00 through December.  Quizno's is located in the North Tower on the Corner of 2nd & Folsom.  Contact them at 415-495-5022 to place your order.  View their menu on line.
Holiday Happenings!
There are several holiday activities taking place at 303 Second Street this month. 
  • December 11th - Join us for our tenant Holiday Party from 2:30-4:40PM!
  • Are you looking to purchase a Christmas tree and help others?  Purchase your tree through Guardsmen and help "at risk" youth in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Click here to learn more or order your tree or visit www.guardsmen.org.
  • Our Toy Drive is taking place through December 15th. Drop off a new, unwrapped toy in the barrels in the lobby to help kids in need this holiday season.
