Greetings!

Life has been busy the past few months at 303 Second Street!  We have worked to create a greener environment for our tenants, as well as planned events to enhance the workday.  Keep reading to view our recap!

We are happy to announce that Snack Depot is again offering their free coffee or soda promotion. Be sure to print the discount coupon at the bottom of this newsletter.  Also, check out the promotions section to learn about what Quizno's and Tully's Coffee are offering!

What's Been Happening at 303!
Noon Concert
  • February -- Our annual Tenant Recycling Competition kicked off.  Get ready to participate again in 2009!
  • April - 303 Second Street was awarded 3rd place in the Large Building Category for the BOMA Earth Awards for the 2nd year in a row! 
  • April - Travelocity was named the winner of our 1st annual Tenant Recycling Competition
  • May - Able Janitorial Company featured a "Greening" event where they displayed the products being used everyday to clean the building and the suites for our tenants.
  • July - The Summer Concert Series began
  • August - 303 Second Street management hosted a tenant Ice Cream Social
  • September - Our building blood drive was successful with 21 units being collected.  Thank you to everyone who donated.  This is a valuable contribution to the community.
  • October 14th-16th - we will be hosting a Building Book Fair in the North Tower Lobby.

E-Recycling EnhancementsE-Recycling
In an effort to better serve our tenants needs, we will be changing our E-recycling pick up procedures. 

Going forward our recycling vendor HMR will be coming directly to your suite to pick up your e-recycling.  To ensure pick up please review the following procedures:
  • Send a list of how much, and what kind or recycling you have to the management office to Liberty at locampo@303secondst.com, include your contact information. 
  • Email notification must be received by the Monday of the last Wednesday of each month. 
    (i.e. e-recycling pick up is on September 25, notification must be received by September 22 by 5pm).
  • Designate a location where your e-recycling can be picked up
This is so you won't have to bring everything down to the loading dock and it will be easier for your employee's to recycling their e-waste.
 
We hope this will provide better service and if you have any questions please feel free to call the office and let us know.
