Summer Concert Series
Join us for our lunchtime concerts in the Plaza.  Upcoming performances include:
  • On August 28th, come celebrate summer with a salsa performance by Corcovado.
  • On September 11th, the Larry Walker Band will perform R&B and Rock.
  • Relax with Orquestra Universal and their Latin beat on September 25th.
Recycling and Energy Programs
Recycling At 303 Second, we are continually refining our energy usage and developing our recycling program. 

303 Second continues to improve it's Energy Star rating and once again took top honors in the large office buildings category in BOMA's Earth Awards.  Our Eco programs involves more than just base building activities it also involves every tenant in the building to get involved. If your interested in improving your recycling program or even see what process the building is doing to recycle, contact the Building office and we will be happy to help you Green your Suite.

303 Second Street has recycled 14,917 lbs of e-waste in the last 8 months and diverts 76% of our Building waste from landfills.  Click here to learn more!
