Let Your Light Shine
Daily Life Quote:

Daily Life Verse:

Daily Life Thought:
Jesus' entry into this world was less than eloquent by the world's standards. His mom rode into a town she disliked on the back of a donkey, and gave birth in a dusty cave surrounded by livestock. Almost immediately the king of that land put a price tag on his head. His public ministry was marked with a people bound and determined to stifle His message. Yet His mission was simple; bring the Kingdom of Heaven back to earth and release it's citizens to distribute the good news. It was so important that we learn in Acts, upon His resurrection, He taught about it for the next 40 days. And just like Jesus, once we identify ourselves with the Heavenly fold, we are asked to begin a journey of bringing the Kingdom to others around us. Although the tendency is to lay back, Jesus says, "let your light shine before men." (Matthew 5:16) In short, bring the Kingdom wherever you are, in spite of the opposition.
