A Perpetual Existence

Daily Life Thought:
I heard a great message in church Sunday. I took a page or two of notes, and jotted down several significant Scripture verses. It made quite an impact on me at the moment, and I sensed Father God speaking to several questions I have been struggling with over the past couple of weeks. That's all well and good, but what I do with it next determines my next steps. Will I take the time to re-read my notes, and ponder the significance of the Scripture? Will I allow the Holy Spirit to work these moments on Sunday morning out into my life the rest of the week? I heard a statistic recently that suggested we lose 40% of what we hear within the first hour, and 70% of it within 24 hours. No wonder we keep going through the same things over and over again. Christianity is not hobby. That's called religion. There's blessings, and answered prayers, and even miracles awaiting your every turn. But the Kingdom life has to be a perpetual existence.
