Year End Gifts to WRAF Can be Made in Several Ways December brings the opportunity to review your tax situation and consider making charitable gifts before year-end. Gifts to WRAF are tax deductible. These donations must be charged in 2011 to qualify for a tax deduction in 2011. Online contributions must be submitted no later than midnight, December 31. Gifts by Mail IRS regulations, require that mailed checks and credit card donations be post-marked no later than December 31, 2011 to qualify for a 2011 tax deduction. I heard this advertised on WRAF this morning as I was getting ready for work. It made me wish I could donate much more but, then I realized that even the smallest donation can make a huge impact for someone that has nothing.
