Membership news
The new KCTS membership forms are available for download on the website and we look forward to hearing from you!  As you may know your membership has been critical to the success of our organisation.  Not only do your membership fees help to pay for our trails crews, signage and maintenance they also assist us in supporting us when applying for grants and other funding.

We'd like to encourage all trail users to become members of the Kootenay Columbia Trails Society. Annual memberships are $10 for individuals, $20 for a family. Your support is vital for the continued development and maintenance of the trails. Your membership is a formal statement of support.

Gerrick's Cycle in Trail for April, 930 Rossland Ave

Put your skis away and pull out your mountain bike.  Beginner and intermediate cycling groups will be created from your present pedaling fitness.  The goal is fun and fitness.  Meet new and old pedaling friends for a 45-90 minute ride.   First meetings and rides are out of Gerricks Cycle Shop in Trail.  Later in season when Rossland opens up, we will meet at Revolution Cycle.  All that is required is that you become a KCTS member for $10 for the year!

About Us
The Kootenay Columbia Trails Society (Formerly the Trails for Rossland Society) was founded in 1996 to:
".... establish a quality trail network for the community. These trails will be easily accessed and well maintained by trail users for trail users and will be managed in a spirit of cooperation with private property, industry and other interest groups."
The Society consists of volunteers who enjoy the trails, dedicate time to ensure future access is secure, and share a vision of how trails can develop as a recreational asset.
After thirteen years of work the Society directors and members, supporting organizations and landowners are proud of the trail network that has been created. We encourage all trail users to demonstrate their support through a membership in the Society. Meetings are held monthly and all those interested, or keen to make a contribution, are welcome.
