Percy's Blog - Annual Parent Survey
Dear Parents,
Each year our Board of Trustees administers a parent survey to receive feedback from you on how well we are delivering on our mission and meeting the needs of your children. Your input is very important to us. During my four years at Gateway, we have made an attempt to open the lines of communication with parents - through grade-level coffees, book clubs, parent educational opportunities, parent advisory panels, etc. - to keep you apprised of the school 's developments and to educate the community on our philosophy and values.
Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey to help us better understand what you value most about Gateway School and what areas you feel we could improve upon. As an organization, we are striving to make your child's experience as rich and meaningful as possible and to foster a sense of community among our parents. Your feedback will help the Board to understand how well we are delivering on our educational and operational goals.
Thank you in advance for filling out the survey; it should only take about five minutes. The survey will be available to parents until Friday, March 30th, 2012. If you are interested, please leave your name at the end of the survey to enter a chance to win one free week in Gateway's Summer Camp or one week of a morning or afternoon summer class, based on availability.
I will be sharing the results with our families at the Town Hall meeting on April 18th. Please RSVP to Kimara (kimara.vann@gatewaysc.org) if you are able to join us on the 18th. Thank you for helping to make Gateway School the best school it can be.

Warm Regards,
Percy
